DLC West Coast Mortgages is owned and operated by Diana Zitko who is the CEO. Diana has over 15 years experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Diana is ranked #17 out of thousands of Canadian mortgage brokers according to CMP Magazine (Canadian Mortgage Professional Magazine) and is ranked #5 in Canada for female brokers.

DLC West Coast Mortgages maintains an excellent working relationship with the lenders within the brokerage system. We deal mostly with the major lenders that consumers are already familiar with including TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, HSBC and some 'mortgage only' institutions such as First National Financial and CIBC FirstLine. Due to the high volume of mortgages we place with lenders we are offered the most favorable rates and products, often unavailable at local bank branches.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the market and providing excellent service to our customers. If you don't qualify at a traditional lender our contacts with Private Lenders ensure you a fair rate with minimal fees. Our goal is to offer quality customer service and low rates.

At DLC West Coast Mortgages, we can place a mortgage for any purpose which includes purchasing a property, refinancing a current mortgage, or doing a transfer of an existing mortgage upon maturity from one lender to another.

Our Team

Diana Zitko, CEO / Mortgage Consultant       With over 11 years experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, Diana Zitko brings passion, knowledge and a high level of professionalism to DLC West Coast Mortgages. After five years as a real estate agent in BC's Lower Mainland, Diana decided to take her knowledge of the industry and became a mortgage broker with Meridian Financial Services Ltd. in January of 2001. Diana moved on to opening her own franchise Meridian West Coast Mortgages in April of 2006. Through superior service and dedication, Diana is now in the Top 10% of all Mortgage Brokers across Canada. For the past four years, Diana has been awarded the prestigious “Broker of the Year Award”, as well as the “Chairman’s Award” for her service excellence . Diana’s extensive experience combined with a caring approach to her clients’ needs has contributed to her many years of success and respect as a top mortgage broker.     Yvonne Futter, Mortgage Broker       Yvonne has brought 10 years experience as an entrepreneur in small business financial management. Her business experience has given her the opportunity to understand the importance of credit and financial responsibilities. This insight has proven to be an excellent foundation for understanding the needs of our customers while putting them at ease during the mortgage lending process. Through high standards and professionalism Yvonne guarantees integrity and empathy that creates excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
